– Undertake learning and development and upskilling as required. This could involve engaging in activities pertinent to the role to maintain currency, corporate knowledge, personal skills. This includes mandatory training.

– To provide learning outcomes as a DCMS trainer, in support of the Training Requirements Authorities. Such learning may be delivered in an online or traditional classroom environment. Provide suitable lesson planning to support the learning outputs.

– Support the compilation of appropriate feedback and statistics and undertaking observations and internal validation as required. Assess other learning programs for suitability of use by DCMS in support of requested training or related tasks.
