Come and join the DBS community today ! https://youtu.be/gUw0ToaRGgk Job Description The DBS Organisational Resilience Manager is the lead risk expert within Defence Business Services, responsible for the maintenance, implementation, and assurance of the Organisational Resilience Management Framework for DBS, in accordance with JSP 503. This Post Is The Lead In Overseeing, Implementing, And Maturing Organisational Resilience Within DBS, On Both Secret And Official Sensitive. This Includes: Embedding and maintaining the DBS Organisational Resilience Strategy, outlining improvements for resilience, and reporting progress where required; Identification, assessment, and submission of Defence Critical National Infrastructure (DefCNI) justification to DSR for inclusion into the Defence register; Maintenance of the DefCNI register for DBS, including the identification of risks relating to DefCNI, outcomes of the Counter Sabotage and Operational Resilience Surveys, priority outputs, assets, and services relating to the DefCNI; Completion and maintenance of the Statements of Critical Asset Resilience and subsequent DefCNI Management Plans for DefCNI assets; Resilience mapping of priority outputs and services, with the supporting critical assets, systems, posts, continuity plans and disaster recovery; Creation and maintenance of the resilience risk register, drawing information from child risks within other risk registers, including security and infrastructure, overseeing and reporting on issues, action progress and horizon scanning into management and the Enterprise Risk Assurance Team; Reporting on resilience into the Directorate for Security and Resilience, leading and cohering taskers and testing requirements issued by the Function; Overseeing resilience from an organisational perspective, facilitating collaborative working and information sharing; Create, update, and report on Resilience within the Executive Dashboard monthly into the DBS Board; Providing briefings, reports, and updates on resilience to various governance for a, including DBS representative at the Resilience Working Group for Defence; Creation of the quarterly resilience plan for DBS, engaging with supporting areas including Business Continuity, Information Management and Risk Assurance; and Providing support and undertaking adhoc tasks as directed by senior management.
