We are looking for Theatre / Scrub Nurses to start a career at one of the NHS Trusts in the UK.

Start date: No later than April 30th

Location: North Midlands.

Requirements

  • Education: 10 years of schooling before entering the Nursing programme, Degree in Nursing (BS, MS, PhD), Professional registration in the country of practice, English Language IELTS (minimum score of 7.0 in listening, speaking, reading and 6.5 in writing), OET (minimum score of B in listening, speaking, reading and C+ in writing)
  • Work Experience: At least 6+ months in Theatre / Scrub nursing.
  • NMC Registration: Part 1: CBT (done online before nurses come to the UK), Part 2: OSCE (nurses will sit this exam in the UK within 6 months from the employment start date)

Expenses Covered by the Trust: OSCE, NMC registration, Visa costs, Travel expenses, Accommodation (up to 3 months)

Covered by the Nurse: IELTS/OET (£155), CBT (£83), NMC Application (£140), NMC Registration (£153)

Salary Scale: Before completing the NMC registration: £21,800 (Band 4). Once candidate completes the NMC registration: £25,900 (Band 5) - £31,360 (Band 6). Successful candidates will be employed as Band 3 and will have a pay rise opportunity (Band 5) after they pass the OSCE exam which could be as soon as 3 months.
