We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive to support our growing campuses. This role will report into the Head of Marketing and will contribute to the development and execution of campus-level marketing initiatives, marketing campaigns, social media content creation, and event activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email (HubSpot), print, and event channels.
- Support the creation of content for websites, social media, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with external agencies (creative, digital, media) to deliver on brand objectives.
- Assist with website updates, including copy, imagery, and structure.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials and assets to support business development and awareness activity.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights.
- Provide general support across marketing projects and administrative tasks as required.
- Support the creation of engaging social media content highlighting life at your assigned campus.
- Work with the Events Manager to plan, organise, and execute campus events, such as open days, cultural celebrations, workshops, and student engagement activities.
- Provide day‑to‑day marketing assistance as required across campaigns, email marketing, brochures, and student recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or projects across multiple channels.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced, multi‑campus marketing team.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Team‑player who supports colleagues and avoids acting as an individual.
