Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive supports the delivery of campus‑level marketing activity, ensuring consistent, creative, and engaging output across campaigns, communications, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email (HubSpot), print, and event channels.
- Support the creation and scheduling of content for websites, social media, and internal communications.
- Work collaboratively with external agencies (creative, digital, media) to deliver high‑quality outputs that meet brand standards.
- Assist with website updates, including reviewing and updating copy, imagery, and navigation structure.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials and assets that support student recruitment and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, producing reports and insights to support continuous improvement.
- Provide general administrative and project support across marketing initiatives.
- Support the creation of engaging social media content showcasing campus life and student activity.
- Collaborate with the Events Manager to plan, organise, and deliver campus events such as open days, cultural celebrations, workshops, and engagement activities.
- Provide day‑to‑day marketing support across campaigns, email marketing, brochures, and student recruitment initiatives.
Knowledge & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing position.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience supporting multi‑channel marketing campaigns or projects.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Strong copywriting and content creation experience.
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital engagement strategies.
