Job Purpose: As a Lecturer in Digital Marketing at our UK Management College, you will develop, design, and deliver engaging learning materials for courses within the digital marketing discipline, fostering student success and ensuring academic quality. You will also contribute to digital marketing research, supporting the College's strategic goals and collaborating with industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Learning Experience: Develop and teach courses on digital marketing topics, including SEO, social media strategy, content marketing, data analytics, and emerging technologies. Supervise student projects and placements, providing guidance on digital campaigns, analytics, and content creation. Continuously assess and enhance curriculum content to reflect industry trends and technological advancements. Provide constructive feedback on assignments and projects, promoting a practical understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Research and Scholarship: Engage in research and stay updated on trends in digital marketing, applying this knowledge to improve teaching methods. Publish relevant research in digital marketing or related fields, and contribute to ongoing studies within the College. Collaborate with industry to design research projects that inform digital marketing best practices and support student employability.
- Industry Engagement and Networking: Develop partnerships with digital marketing professionals, participating in events that enhance the College’s visibility and foster placement opportunities for students.
