The UKMC Conversion Team Member is responsible for managing and supporting the end-to-end conversion process of candidates into fully compliant and deployable staff. This role ensures that all candidates meet regulatory, organizational, and client specific requirements while delivering a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage candidate conversion processes from offer acceptance to full compliance
- Review and verify documentation to ensure adherence to UK regulatory and company standards
- Liaise with candidates to collect outstanding information and provide guidance throughout onboarding
- Track candidate progress using internal systems and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Collaborate with recruitment, compliance, and operations teams to ensure timely conversions
- Identify and resolve issues or delays in the conversion pipeline
- Maintain a high level of communication with stakeholders regarding candidate status
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline conversion processes
- Ensure all activities align with data protection and confidentiality policies
