At Evri Premium, we’re redefining mail and parcel delivery across the UK. As part of the wider Evri Group, we combine scale, innovation, and operational excellence to deliver tailored mail and logistics solutions for some of the UK’s most complex and high-value customers. This is a senior, commercially accountable role responsible for designing and delivering a portfolio of high value product and transformation initiatives across Evri’s UK Mail and packet services. You’ll operate at enterprise scale, leading complex, cross functional programmes that deliver £10m+ of annual EBITDA impact through new product development, operational transformation and commercial optimisation. This role suits someone who enjoys owning ambiguity, shaping strategy, and then driving delivery end to end operational excellence. Location is flexible with some business travel to Coventry/London as required.

Evri Premium is at a pivotal stage of growth and integration. This role is critical that will translate strategy into commercially viable products and propositions. Leading multi-phase transformation programmes across Operations, IT, Commercial, Finance and Sales ensuring Evri remains competitive, compliant and innovative within a regulated mail environment. You’ll act as a senior subject matter expert for domestic and international mail and packet services and represent Evri with key suppliers, industry bodies and regulators.
What you’ll be accountable for
- Owning and delivering the product and value creation roadmap for UK Mail
- Structuring and leading large scale, cross functional programmes aligned to strategic priorities
- Building robust business cases (financial, operational, technology and commercial) to support investment decisions
- Identifying and delivering profitability and growth opportunities across the value chain
- Leading new product development and enhancement across domestic and international networks
- Driving non IT business change alongside technology delivery
- Engaging with Royal Mail, international partners and regulators to manage performance, risk and opportunity
- Tracking benefits delivery with Finance to ensure £10m+ EBITDA impact is realised
- Producing high quality Executive and Board level reporting and recommendations
This role is for you if you
- Have 10+ years’ experience leading complex product, transformation or value creation programmes in logistics, mail, parcels, e-commerce or similar environments.
- Combine strategic thinking with hands on delivery discipline
- Have delivered multi-million-pound commercial outcomes in a large, matrixed organisation
- Are comfortable operating at Executive and Board level, influencing without authority
- Are commercially astute and confident building and defending investment cases
- Thrive in fast moving, ambiguous environments and bring resilience and pace
- A full UK driving licence
