Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Product Manager role based in Greater London, with flexibility for part-time work from home. The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of pet health and nutrition products, from market research and concept development through launch and ongoing optimization. Daily responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements, collaborating with R&D, veterinary experts, and marketing to define product features, and managing timelines and budgets. The role also involves developing product roadmaps, analyzing data and customer feedback, monitoring competitive trends, and ensuring that each product aligns with LitPet’s holistic health philosophy. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally to deliver clear product positioning, support go-to-market plans, and drive continuous improvement in product performance and user experience.

- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Greater London, with strong time-management and self-organization skills.
