Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the start of the new season! (March). Please note, this is a mobile role where pick-up/drop-off may be arranged depending on location.
Requirements:- Experience of managing a small team
- Working independently or within a small team
- Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Experience of using handheld power tools (petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.)
- A valid driver's license is essential
- Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces.
- Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites.
- Working within a small team.
- Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out.
- Vehicle checks.
Company van and mobile iPad are provided. Full PPE, tools and equipment are supplied. Company offers training and development with rewards for hard work, a strong working environment, and permanent positions and other opportunities for the right candidates. £30k-£40k + based on 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. (Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed).
