Responsibilities
- Mobile round working on various multi‑site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces.
- Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites.
- Working within a small team.
- Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the work carried out.
- Vehicle checks.
- Use of company van and mobile iPad.
Qualifications
- Experience of managing a small team.
- Experience working independently or within a small team.
- Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
- Experience using hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
- A valid driver’s licence is essential.
- Must be able to work mobile round team in the Redhill area.
Benefits and Conditions
Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates. £30k‑£40k + based on 48‑hour per week pay through an annualised hours programme. (Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed). Full PPE, tools and equipment are supplied.
