Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s are required for the start of the new season in March. We are looking for motivated individuals to manage small teams across mobile sites within Oxford and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of grounds maintenance operatives across multiple commercial sites including retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools, colleges, parks and open spaces.
  • Plan and carry out regular, scheduled maintenance and reactive work on sites.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction with all works carried out.
  • Maintain company van, iPad and tools; perform vehicle checks.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing a small team.
  • Independent work style or ability to work within a small team.
  • Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
  • Hands-held power-tool experience (petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.).
  • Valid driver’s licence.

Company van and mobile iPad are provided. The role is permanent, with opportunities for advancement for the right candidate. Pay is £30k-£40k per annum, based on a 48-hour week through an annualised hours programme. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
