Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operatives – Nottingham
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Region: Nottingham

Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s required for the start of the new season (March). This is a mobile role; pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on location.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of grounds maintenance operatives in multiple commercial properties
- Work independently or within a small team to carry out planned maintenance or reactive work
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure maintenance standards and client satisfaction
- Ensure correct operation of hand-held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
- Perform vehicle checks
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience managing a small team
- Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Proficiency with hand-held power tools (petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.)
- Valid driver\’s licence
