Job Overview: Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operatives required for the start of the new season (March). We are looking for motivated individuals who can manage a small team and work independently across multiple commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate a mobile team on various commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces.
  • Carry out planned maintenance and reactive work at regular site visits.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Perform vehicle checks and maintain company vehicles, including providing a company van and IT equipment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience managing a small team.
  • Independent working capability within a small team.
  • Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
  • Proficient use of hand-held power tools (petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.).
  • Valid driver’s licence.

Company: UK Landscapes Ltd is a well-established grounds maintenance organisation with a strong nationwide presence. We offer training, development and reward hard work through strong core values and a good working environment. Full PPE, tools and equipment are supplied. Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates. £30k-40k + based on a 48hr per week pay-through an annualised hours programme; overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed.
