Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required

We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within West London and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.
Requirements- Experience of managing a small team
- Working independently or within a small team
- Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Experience of using handheld power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
- A valid driver's license is essential
- Mobile role working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces.
- Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
- Working within a small team
- Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is satisfied with the work carried out
- Company van and mobile iPad are provided. Vehicle checks are mandatory.
A well-established grounds maintenance organization with a strong nationwide presence within the UK, offering training and development. We reward hard work for our staff and promote a good working environment. Full PPE, tools, and equipment are supplied. Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates. £30k-£40k based on a 48-hour per week pay through an annualized hours program. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
