Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required

We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within West London and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.

Requirements

1. Experience of managing a small team
2. Working independently or within a small team
3. Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
4. Experience of using handheld power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
5. A valid driver\’s license is essential

The Job

Mobile role working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces.

1. Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
2. Working within a small team
3. Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is satisfied with the work carried out

Company van and mobile iPad are provided. Vehicle checks are mandatory.

£30k-£40k based on a 48-hour per week pay through an annualized hours program. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
