TEAM LEADER & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVES – CHELMSFORD
UK LANDSCAPES LTD is looking for a Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative based in Chelmsford. This is a mobile role covering multiple commercial sites across Essex and surrounding areas.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Location: Chelmsford, Essex (mobile)
Closing Date: 31/08/2025
Responsibilities
Lead a small team to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties including retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools, colleges, and public parks.
Operate various hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters.
Plan and execute regular site visits, ensuring high customer service standards and client satisfaction.
Use the company van and mobile Ipad for equipment and reporting.
Perform vehicle checks and maintain equipment.
Qualifications
Experience managing a small team.
Background in commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping.
Proficient with hand‑held power tools.
Valid driver’s licence.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
