Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative – Cannock
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum (based on 48 hours per week, annualised hours programme; overtime on a premium rate but not guaranteed)

Overview
Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s required for the start of the new season (March). Are you looking for a new challenge, a new start, or overlooked for a promotion? Have you had broken promises by your employer? This mobile role involves pick up/drop off depending on your location and supports a small team across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces
Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
Working within a small team
Customer service interaction essential to ensure client satisfaction
Vehicle checks
Qualifications
Experience of managing a small team
Working independently or within a small team
Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
Experience of using hand‑held power tools (petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.)
Valid driver\’s licence essential
