Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the start of the new season! (March)

We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within the Bristol and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.

You must have:

  1. Experience of managing a small team
  2. Ability to work independently or within a small team
  3. Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
  4. Experience using hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
  5. A valid driver’s license is essential

The job:

  1. Mobile work on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces
  2. Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
  3. Working within a small team
  4. Customer service interaction is essential to ensure client satisfaction
  5. Company van and mobile iPad are provided
  6. Vehicle checks

The Company:

A well-established grounds maintenance organization with a strong nationwide presence within the UK, offering training and development. We reward hard work and promote a good working environment for our staff. Full PPE, tools, and equipment are all supplied.

Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates.

Compensation: £30k-£40k based on a 48-hour work week pay through an annualized hours program. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
