Join for the TEAM LEADER & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVES – BIRMINGHAM role at UK LANDSCAPES LTD.
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative required for the start of the new season (March). This mobile role involves pick up/drop off.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience of managing a small team
- Working independently or within a small team
- Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Experience using hand‑held power tools (petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.)
- Valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobile round working on various multi‑site commercial properties (retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools, colleges, parks, open spaces)
- Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
- Working within a small team
- Customer service interaction essential to ensure client satisfaction
- Vehicle checks
Company van, mobile iPad all provided. Full PPE, tools and equipment supplied.
Permanent positions and other opportunities available for the right candidates.
£30k‑£40k + based on 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed.
