TEAM LEADER & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE – HARLOW

Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s required for the start of the new season (March). Are you looking for a new challenge, new year new start? Have you been overlooked for a promotion? Have you had broken promises by your employer… then read on.
We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within Harlow and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.
Requirements
- Experience of managing a small team.
- Working independently or within a small team.
- Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
- Experience of using hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
- A valid driver’s licence is essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Mobile round working on various multi‑site commercial properties: retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces.
- Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites.
- Working within a small team.
- Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out.
- Vehicle checks.
Company van, mobile iPad are all provided.

Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates. £30k‑£40k based on 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. (Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed).
