Qualifications:
- Experience of managing a small team
- Working independently or within a small team
- Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Experience of using hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
- A valid driver's licence is essential
Responsibilities:
- Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces
- Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
- Working within a small team
- Customer service interaction to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out
- Company van and mobile iPad are all provided
- Vehicle checks
A well-established grounds maintenance organisation with a strong nationwide presence across the UK, offering training and development, rewarding hard work and strong core values that promote a good working environment for staff. Full PPE, tools and equipment are supplied. Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates.
Pay: £30k-£40k based on 48-hour per week pay through an annualised hours programme (overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed).
