Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Administrator located in Middlewich. The Project Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and managing project activities, supporting project managers, maintaining project documentation, and communicating with stakeholders. Reporting to the Project Coordinator, as a Project Administrator at UKL your key focus will be to support the Delivery Team throughout the lifecycle of the projects:

  • Consult with our Projects team to collect & correlate project information and input this into the project tracker.
  • Detailed understanding of the Delivery process and what each Project Manager is working on and function as the 'go to' point of reference for information across several Projects.
  • Monitoring the Project Tracker to ensure accuracy of the data & aiding the Project Delivery with the latest status of all projects which are currently in the pipeline.
  • Assist the Project Coordinator in producing tender packs, issuing tender packs, and logging and tracking the returns ready for tender award.
  • Raising project related Purchase Orders and tracking these through to completion.
  • Support the Delivery team in consulting with clients and customers, keeping them informed with onsite progress.

  • Strong administrative skills including a good understanding of MS office application.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid and clean driving licence.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Project co-ordination or administration (Or willingness to work towards).
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks at a time.
  • Customer Service Experience (1 Year Preferred).
