Grounds Maintenance Operative/s (Mobile)

We require mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within the Southampton/Wessex and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.

Requirements

1. Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
2. Experience of using hand held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
3. A valid driver\’s license is advantageous.

The Job

1. Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces.
2. Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites.
3. Working within a small team.
4. Some customer interaction to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out.

Compensation: £30k-£40k based on a 48-hour per week pay through an annualized hours program. (Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed).
