Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the start of the new season! (March).

We require mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within the Wessex and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.
Qualifications
- Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
- Experience using hand held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
- A valid driver's licence (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces.
- Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites.
- Working within a small team.
- Some customer interaction to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out.

Remuneration
£30k-£40k + based on 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed.
