UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is the local organising committee responsible for delivering UEFA EURO 2028 across the UK & Ireland. We work on behalf of the five Football Associations and in partnership with governments, host cities, stadiums and delivery partners to plan and deliver the tournament safely, inclusively and to world‑class standards.
About UEFA EURO 2028
UEFA EURO is one of the world’s largest sporting events. In 2028, it will be hosted across multiple cities in the UK & Ireland, requiring large‑scale coordination across transport, infrastructure, stadiums and public services. UEFA owns the tournament and sets requirements; UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is responsible for delivering it locally.
The Role
This role will develop the strategy and manage the delivery of Travel Demand Management for the tournament. You will focus on working with relevant delivery partners, including transport operators, software providers and tournament communications teams, to facilitate the tournament mobility concept by matching tournament transport demand to available capacity, and reduce background demand.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop Travel Demand Management concept, providing a single source of information for ticketholders, and working with stakeholders and operators to mitigate impacts on non‑event goers.
- Provide integrated, joined up information across many stakeholders’ communications platforms, from third party rail ticketing retailers to mapping applications, journey planners and operator social media.
- Work with stakeholders to deliver the concept.

- Knowledge of TDM market, including benefits and drawbacks of available communications tools, softwares and providers.
- Experience in mass communications for events with large, international audiences.
- Experience in coordinating multi‑agency, multi‑platform communications plan.
- Experience developing and implementing event mobility plans.

Location & Working Pattern
