UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is the local organising committee responsible for delivering UEFA EURO 2028 across the UK & Ireland. We work on behalf of the five Football Associations and in partnership with governments, host cities, stadiums and delivery partners to plan and deliver the tournament safely, inclusively and to world‑class standards.

About UEFA EURO 2028

UEFA EURO is one of the world’s largest sporting events. In 2028, it will be hosted across multiple cities in the UK & Ireland, requiring large‑scale coordination across transport, infrastructure, stadiums and public services.

The Role

The Euro 2028 Guest Operations Coordinator assists in the planning and coordination of Guest Management & Protocol operations at the 9 stadiums. They will support in producing operational documents, development of procedures and training documents, ensuring that the teams onsite can deliver a seamless, high‑quality guest experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the Senior Guest Operations and Protocol Manager in the planning, delivery and execution of guest management operation across 9 stadiums.
  • Lead operational planning for 5 assigned stadiums.
  • Conduct stadium site visits and coordinate with relevant project teams. This will involve travel around UK & Ireland and onsite support at other UEFA events.
  • Coordinate the guest host programme for hospitality products, including contracts, budgets, communication efficiency and long‑term stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensuring required levels of service for UEFA VIP guest target groups are appropriately planned for and delivered accordingly.
  • Coordinate all logistical requirements across venues, including office setup, staffing plans, site visits, shift schedules, uniforms and guest host/volunteer placements.
  • Prepare operational manuals and key documentation such as flow charts, dot plans, mappings and venue delivery plans.
  • Liaise with key projects and other Guest Management & Protocol pillars to ensure communication lines and procedures to ensure deliverables.

  • Experience supporting guest services or customer‑facing operations within large‑scale environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and adapt positively within changing operational environments.

Technical Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Location & Working Pattern

Based at Wembley Stadium, with travel across the UK & Ireland as required. Travel will be required for site visits as required and for onsite support at other UEFA events.

2026: 3 days/week onsite

2027: 3–4 days/week onsite

2028: Full-time onsite during tournament delivery
