  • Designing and delivering structured and inclusive assessment and selection processes.
  • Coaching and supporting hiring managers to make evidence-based hiring decisions.
  • Using market insight, talent mapping and data to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Championing inclusive recruitment practices and helping us attract talent from the widest possible range of backgrounds and experiences.
  • Supporting workforce planning and helping ensure recruitment activity aligns with organisational priorities and delivery timelines.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience delivering high volume end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions or business areas.
  • Strong direct sourcing and talent pipelining capability.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience partnering effectively with Hiring Managers to influence and support hiring decisions.
  • Strong understanding of assessment and selection methodologies. Experience delivering strengths-based recruitment and/or assessment methodologies is desirable.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and online sourcing tools.
  • Track record of delivering recruitment activity against hiring plans and timelines.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits (including 25 days holiday, pension and private medical insurance), alongside the opportunity to be part of a landmark international sporting event.

Location & Working Pattern

Based at Wembley Stadium, with travel across the UK & Ireland as required. 2026: 3 days/week onsite 2027: 3–4 days/week onsite
