Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day operations of social media channels and create engaging multimedia content (copy, graphics, video).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, government, international counterparts to deliver high‑impact social media output and stay updated on industry best practice.
  • Analyse channel performance using reporting tools; identify areas for improvement and provide regular KPI reporting.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in social media or content creation with decision‑making and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in journalism, public relations or government communications is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills; ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent writing, translating technical detail into compelling copy.
