We work with landlords and tenants across London, Liverpool and Manchester and we're known for a personal, hands-on approach.
We're looking for an organised, detail-focused person to join us as a Property Administrator.
This is the engine room of the business you'll keep our files, property records, and management processes running smoothly.
It's a great entry point into London property: once you've found your feet, we'll bring you into the sales and lettings side and support you in building a career here.
What you'll do
- Keep our files, records, and CRM accurate, organised, and up to date
- Manage property management admin, including service charges, ground rent, and invoicing
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and managing agents to keep things moving
- Track payments, chase outstanding items, and flag issues before they become problems
- Support the team with compliance paperwork and current legislation requirements
- Help prepare properties for listing and assist with viewings as you grow into the role
- Get involved in sales and lettings registering applicants, booking viewings, and progressing deals
What we're looking for
- Highly organised and reliable, with a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple properties, deadlines, and requests at once
- Confident communicator, happy to pick up the phone and follow things through
