This is a unique opportunity to work at scale across a diverse and modern technology landscape, including public cloud platforms, server technologies, automation, and serverless compute. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, infrastructure specialists, and application teams to drive the migration of legacy systems to the cloud while defining and delivering forward-looking technical strategies. In this role, you’ll influence high-impact decisions, champion best practice, and leverage emerging technologies such as cloud, AI, and IoT to build secure, resilient, and user-focused solutions that support critical national services.
What you will do
- Own and deliver the overarching technical strategy, guiding architectural decisions that balance risk, complexity, and delivery timelines.
- Lead governance and assurance processes, ensuring solutions remain secure, robust, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to advocate for digital transformation initiatives, influencing decisions through clear, data-driven insights.
- Mentor and guide architects and engineering teams, nurturing a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
