We’re at the forefront of digital transformation, using modern technology, innovative platforms, and new ways of working to deliver critical services that impact millions of people.

You’ll collaborate with leading experts, contribute to projects that enhance national security and public services, and ensure our digital landscape is robust, secure, and resilient. In return, you’ll benefit from access to the latest tools and technologies, tailored professional development, and a clear path for career growth in a highly respected government department.

  • Identify and implement recommendations (including further 2nd line assurance activities) resulting from the reviews.
  • Identify and address root causes to problems early when it’s easier and more cost-effective to correct.
  • Build a culture of quality management around ‘what’ is built and ‘how’ things are built and maintained, involving all members of Home Office Government Digital and Data Profession.
  • Monitor dashboards, data, and process outcomes and analyse data for triggered interventions to resolve the level of assurance required.
  • Create intelligent assurance reports for senior management and stakeholders to aid risk management and data-led decision making.

  • Working in a complex IT product or technical delivery environment.
  • Working with senior stakeholders with the ability to challenge and advise.
  • Experience of delivering to technology strategies, and working with senior key stakeholders.
  • Using a range of common technology patterns, development approaches and ways of working.
  • Communicating confidently with senior. stakeholders including business and technical leaders, external audit teams and subject matter experts.
  • Presenting clear analysis and demonstrating data led decision making with excellent writing and communication skills.
