What You’ll Do

  • Lead delivery of technology outcomes across multiple teams within cost and time constraints, ensuring that realistic plans are maintained. Ensure regular, accurate communication with stakeholders and engagement with appropriate governance.
  • Create the right environment for teams to work together towards common goals, empowering healthy and effective cross-team collaboration and joined-up delivery. Monitor the health of interactions between teams and resolve issues.
  • Ensure that governance is efficient and able to make decisions, that teams understand, prepare for and engage with governance, and that actions required following governance decisions are completed.
  • Ensure that risks are identified, and their impact and probability are understood. Ensure risks are mitigated, involving specialists where necessary.
  • Identify and understand stakeholder groups and their needs. Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and plans and lead teams in executing them.
  • Work proactively with suppliers involved in delivery, monitoring their performance and collaborating to resolve issues. Help to improve supplier management processes.

  • Facilitating the delivery of technology products and services throughout their lifecycle, across multiple teams.
  • Bringing teams together to work towards common goals, identifying and rectifying issues in the links between them.
  • Ensuring that governance processes run efficiently and effectively.
  • Identifying, prioritising and managing risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Leading teams in understanding and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing stakeholder expectations, resolving issues and improving relationships.
  • Working with suppliers, monitoring their performance, and resolving problems.
  • Applying previous experience in Oracle fusion, or similar ERP systems, to drive deliveries and to identify, understand and analyse key metrics in order to improve team delivery.
