Job Summary

We are seeking a Payroll Delivery Manager to join the MaPS (Money and People Systems) People Programme within the People and Workplace group. The team is responsible for delivering the People Promise through effective implementation and ongoing use of Oracle Fusion, with objectives including:

1. Ensuring a great user experience with delivered solutions
2. Delivering remaining functionality aligned with group and UKHSA priorities
3. Supporting the setup for leading and adopting transformation
4. Engaging the business to adopt changes and new ways of working

Location

UKHSA, 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4PU

Role Responsibilities

• Lead on day-to-day delivery of activities within the project, typically low to moderate in complexity
• Support project governance and stakeholder engagement
• Understand and document payroll processes and act as SME for data analysis
• Support process design, validation, and implementation
• Identify challenges, risks, and areas for improvement
• Support procurement, testing, and configuration activities

Person Specification

Essential criteria include extensive experience with large organizational payroll systems, knowledge of Oracle Fusion, experience working in project teams, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is also required.
