An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Territory Support Merchandiser to join our team in Northampton and surrounding areas covering postcode areas NN3, NN4, NN5, NN8, NN10, NN15, NN16.
The role will involve:
- Covering existing contracted store hours
- Supporting the Merchandising Manager across the territory
- Co-ordinating installations
- Providing seasonal store support
- Buddying with new starters
- Troubleshooting
- Providing holiday and absence cover
Flexibility is key. Additional responsibilities include:
- Communicating with head office
- Completing general administration
- Ensuring the instructions are fulfilled within each store
- Supporting the Merchandising Manager as the role requires
The position requires availability Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support during seasonal periods. Experience within merchandising or a retail environment is an advantage but is not essential; full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a positive outlook and the ability to think on their feet in a busy and exciting setting. Applicants should live in or close to the area and hold a current driving licence.
