In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the productivity of the manufacturing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality standards across all processes, and maintaining strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
Team Leadership: Oversee the training, development, motivation, and engagement of manufacturing staff to ensure peak performance.
Quality Control: Monitor daily quality control checks for all manufacturing functions to ensure product excellence.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with company health and safety policies.
Workflow Management: Maintain day-to-day operational efficiency, resolving any issues that arise promptly.
Process Improvement: Manage and optimize manufacturing processes, addressing queries and issues as they emerge.
Team Collaboration: Participate actively in workload meetings to align team objectives and ensure smooth operations.
*Proven experience in manufacturing processes, ideally with a background in Print Finishing.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*A proactive and flexible approach with a solid work ethic.
We are looking for someone who brings a unique perspective and contributes to our inclusive team.
This role is based at our Cannon Way site in Dewsbury and the successful candidate will be required to work at double day shift (6.00am – 2.00pm/2.00pm – 10.00pm) Monday to Friday.
