We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Communications team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality campaigns and marketing initiatives across social media, email, website, PR, and trade shows. You will report directly to the Marketing Communications Manager and provide guidance and support to the Marketing Assistant, helping them develop their skills while contributing to the team’s wider initiatives. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to maximize the impact of all marketing activities. We’re looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll need excellent communication skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to deliver campaigns that make a measurable impact.

Responsibilities
  • Digital & Social Marketing: Plan, create, and manage social media content, website updates, and email campaigns, ensuring all activity aligns with our brand voice and identity. Bring knowledge of paid social platforms to help plan, set up, and optimise campaigns, supporting the team in building capability and growing this channel. Assist with influencer outreach, identifying potential partners and coordinating occasional collaborations. Track and report on digital performance across social media, website, and email campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics and Brandwatch to evaluate results and generate insights that shape future marketing strategy. Own the email marketing channel, planning and executing campaigns while applying insights from A/B testing, analytics, and audience segmentation to optimise performance and inform future campaigns. Work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager and relevant cross-functional teams to help execute the brand strategy, contributing ideas and insights to support its ongoing development and ensuring digital and social activities reflect wider marketing objectives.
  • Brand Oversight & Content Management: Maintain strong brand oversight, reviewing and approving content plans from the Marketing Assistant to ensure all communications are accurate and on-brand, while working closely with the Communications Manager to deliver the wider brand strategy. Work directly with the design team to brief creative projects, reviewing outputs to ensure all content is consistent, on-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives. Mentor and guide the Marketing Assistant, sharing best practices and reviewing their creative and copy work.
  • PR, SEO & Trade Marketing: Implement SEO best practices across website content and campaigns, including keyword research, SEO‑optimised content, on‑page optimisation, and support for technical SEO tasks to maintain and improve website visibility and performance. Support PR activity with trade media, liaising with internal teams to coordinate content and drafting press releases and editorial content where required. Assist with trade show projects, contributing to marketing activities, event setup, and social media content, collaborating closely with the Communications Manager and other teams across the business to support successful execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience working in a marketing department.
  • Proven experience in social media, email marketing, website management, and digital campaign delivery.
  • Knowledge of using Google Analytics for tracking and analysing website and campaign performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of creating, managing, and optimising email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including technical SEO, content optimisation, and performance monitoring using SEMrush or other similar tools.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all creative and copy work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external partners.

Your work will directly influence our brand reputation, online presence, and audience engagement.
