An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Product Manager to join our Global John Sands team. This role will involve working closely with UKG, AG and John Sands Australia product management teams to assist in selecting and communicating Global selection lines that are appropriate for the Australia & New Zealand market. The role involves assisting with all aspects of product development from critical path management, strategic thinking, range proposals and analysis of sales performance. Experience or understanding of a marketing environment would be desirable. You will work closely with internal departments to develop cost‑effective products delivered within schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assist in selecting and communicating Global selection lines for the Australia & New Zealand market.
- Support all phases of product development, including critical path management, strategic thinking, range proposals and sales performance analysis.
- Ensure displays for customers are working at optimum to drive profitability and performance through thorough line management.
Qualifications
- Highly organised and self‑motivated, able to thrive in a deadline‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong commercial awareness, excellent presentation and Excel skills.
- Experience or knowledge in product/range selection management, preferably in the Greeting Card/Gift Wrap industry.
- Knowledge of marketing environment is desirable.
- Full clean driving licence, as some travelling is expected.
- Office‑based role with flexible working from home options.
