Could you be our new Operations and Supply Administrator?

Are you looking for a varied and busy role working within a close knit team?

Do you enjoy stock planning and have a passion for supply chain?

Reporting directly into the Operations Manager, this is an exciting cross functional role working in partnership with a number of both Card Connection and UKG departments and teams.

You will manage seasonal demand, co-ordinating and delivering all required seasonal product to the franchisee network in a timely fashion.

You will closely monitor seasonal stock levels, place production as required and work with UKG to ensure the smooth progress of production from the point of order to finished product.

In addition, through collaboration with the creative department you will prepare seasonal documentation including the seasonal calendars prior to each seasonal launch.

This includes generating UKG & CC product codes within exchequer to enable ordering of product via CC orders and also tracking and monitoring of incoming orders to ensure deadlines are met.

Other duties include

  • Maintain seasonal ordering reports to present to the Operations manager for final sign off.

Place print and other purchase orders with UKG and other suppliers to agreed production lead times.

  • Own the end-to-end production of all seasonal FDU packs in collaboration with franchisees and other relevant departments.

• General Operations and Supply Admin Duties including

  • Answer the telephone promptly and deal with queries in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Deal with any delivery issues arising from problems with daily Parcelforce deliveries via liaison with PF and the franchisee
  • To oversee, coordinate and send out all POS requirements to the franchisee network.
  • In collaboration with the Operations manager, brief, negotiate, and order all POS required for Everyday, Seasonal and celebrations whist maintaining budget spend.
  • Support and help oversee any potential POS material requirements to support any retail price changes and help manage delivery of solution to the franchisee network.
  • Investigate collaboration opportunities with UKG colleagues on available POS items to provide best value solutions to help reduce/control cost where possible.
