An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Territory Support Merchandiser to join our team in Northampton and surrounding areas covering postcode areas NN3, NN4, NN5, NN8, NN10, NN15, NN16. This position will involve cover of existing contracted store hours, supporting the Merchandising Manager across the territory, co-ordinating installations, seasonal store support, buddying with new starters and troubleshooting coupled with holiday and absence cover, therefore flexibility is key to this role.
There will also be the need to communicate with head office, complete general administration, ensure instructions are fulfilled within each store and supporting the Merchandising Manager as the role requires. You will be required to be available to work Monday to Friday but occasional weekend support will be required over the seasonal periods.
Experience within Merchandising or a retail environment would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be given. However, you do need to be a confident communicator with a positive outlook, coupled with the ability to think on your feet in this busy and exciting role.
