Location - South West - Remote with site travel

Salary: £39,579.20

Hours: 39 hours per week - Monday to Friday

We provide critical and time-bound services to the Ministry of Justice and are looking for facilities and site management professionals that can make a difference to the sites and the people we are responsible for.

We’re four years young and growing in the provision of our on-site solutions to the prison service and want applicants who have:

  • Experience using a variety of IT systems including CAFM to Superuser level and ideally should be competent in IT training
  • Experience in a busy office environment
  • Confidence to assist in the training of new managers and act as the central point of contact regarding matters connected with administration including HR, H&S and compliance related matters for new or recently promoted Site managers
  • Experience as a superuser/auditor for various IT platforms such as Planet FM, CEMAR, Track Record, G suite, Blink, Opus, EcoOnline, Oracle and have the ability to deliver and develop training to user groups within the region
  • The ability and flexibility to travel across the region with overnight stays as required by business need

Future Plans.

GFSL has been notified by its shareholder (MOJ) that the provision of FM Services will in future be delivered by the private sector. This means that following a successful procurement process, GFSL's services will complete transfer to a private sector provider/providers no sooner than August 2027.
