Salary: £28,853.57 per annum

Contract: Permanent - 39hrs per week - Mon-Fri

We are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join our team at HMP Erlestoke, category C, adult male prison. Join a team that is more than just a group of colleagues – we work Monday to Friday as a supportive and driven family, working together to create a safe and nurturing environment.

As an Administration Officer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all.

We are looking for an Administration Officer with a combination of:

  • Experience in using a variety of IT systems including CAFM
  • Experience in a busy office environment
  • Experience of working without supervision
  • Knowledge of IT systems
  • Up to date First Aid qualification
  • Administrative experience
