The Transformation Management Office (TMO) enables successful project delivery for member and internal value add, aligned to UK Finance’s strategic goals. We work with project leads across the business to ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline and cost, to a defined set of standards and best practice.
The Analyst, TMO will support the business across the breadth of its activities, primarily focused on support of the project portfolio monitoring and reporting to key stakeholders internally for all projects and emerging initiatives being coordinated by UK Finance. The role will involve information gathering, analysis, Management Information collation and insight, preparation of materials and regular reporting to senior stakeholder groups, working in close collaboration with the Principal, TMO and the relevant project leads.
Some key responsibilities:
- Supporting the effective tracking and monitoring of project portfolio activities and emerging initiatives.
- Support business engagement on projects and review regular status updates, identifying key points and risks for review and submission to the Project and Project Risk Committee (PPRC).
- Capture amendments and updates to the project portfolio and project status.
- Prepare materials, MI and analysis for the PPRC and ExCo.
- Track and co-ordinate reporting on project benefits realisation, engaging with project leads for updates against agreed timelines and measures.
- Support the team in project lessons identified analysis and recommendations, and enhancements to the lessons learned process.
