Responsibilities

  • Support all stages of the transaction lifecycle, from enquiry to loan effectiveness.
  • Respond to enquiries and review applications for potential UKEF support.
  • Support various due diligence streams, circulating necessary materials with relevant teams.
  • Assist in drafting documents, such as credit and underwriting papers.
  • Review loan documentation and other agreements.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, UK and overseas companies, governments, and UK Government Departments.
  • Attend meetings and other department-related activities.
  • Manage internal systems and databases for organising and storing transaction-relevant documentation.
  • Explain and present UKEF’s range of financial products and processes clearly.
