In May 2025, we launched our Client Coverage team to strengthen relationships with strategic clients, deliver tailored engagement strategies, and ensure customers are at the heart of everything we do. This team is already making a tangible impact – resetting relationships, coordinating input across UKEF, and driving long‑term business opportunities aligned with our Business Plan.

We are now seeking a dynamic Head of Client Coverage to lead this high‑profile team and take our client engagement to the next level. Reporting to the Global Head of OCC, you will shape strategy, influence decision‑making, and ensure UKEF delivers exceptional service to priority stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop a team focused on strategic relationship management and account coverage.
  • Develop and deliver a long‑term strategy aligned with UKEF’s business objectives and HMG trade priorities.
  • Engage at senior levels with exporters, buyers, and sponsors to deepen relationships and maximise opportunities.
  • Influence supply chain approaches and promote UKEF’s proposition across critical sectors, including clean growth.
  • Represent UKEF at major events and governance forums, showcasing our client coverage capability.

We’re looking for a confident, collaborative leader with experience managing high‑performing teams and engaging C‑suite stakeholders. You’ll combine strategic thinking with strong influencing skills, making complex issues clear and actionable.
