The Department of Building Environment and Energy Engineering (BEEE) is one of the constituent departments of the Faculty of Construction and Environment. BEEE is seeking internationally excellent candidates with an exceptional track record of research and scholarship in the theme of Building Energy, with preference given to candidates demonstrating a strong and individualistic vision of the challenges facing modern urban environments and the opportunities afforded by emerging technologies to address them. Preference will be given to those with a demonstrated track record and expertise in solar and renewable energy in buildings.

Conditions of Service: A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment for Assistant Professor will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement. An appropriate term will be provided for appointment at Associate Professor level.
