We are expanding our team and looking for four driven and confident Business Energy Consultants to join us in January. This office-based role is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with customers, working towards targets, and being part of a fast-paced, supportive environment. Full training is provided, and successful candidates will benefit from strong earning potential thanks to uncapped commission and regular incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with both new prospects and existing business clients to understand their energy requirements and recommend tailored options.
  • Present energy plans, pricing structures, and contract information clearly so customers can make informed choices.
  • Develop strong, lasting client relationships by maintaining consistent communication and delivering excellent service.
  • Organise and manage your own workflow of leads, callbacks, and contract renewals to achieve both individual and team goals.
  • Record customer interactions, agreements, and key details accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, contribute to shared objectives, and support ongoing improvement.
  • Keep up to date with changes in the energy sector, market trends, and competitor rates to provide relevant, timely guidance.
  • Uphold a professional attitude while helping maintain a positive, driven, and supportive office atmosphere.
