Overall Purpose of the Job
A dynamic individual who envisions a fun & challenging career in education consultancy and will effectively promote international education and provide support to the sales team.
Key Tasks Include:
- Share responsibility for the recruitment of international students and actively assist the team to achieve recruitment targets.
- Provide high quality after-sales consultation and customer service.
- Assist with administrative tasks involved in processing student applications, including helping students fill in application forms, forwarding them to the university, tracking their progress, and updating student information both on paper and in the office database.
- Liaise with universities and students to track applications, arrange interviews, and handle enquiries, advocating on behalf of students.
- Support the recruitment of international students and assist the team in achieving recruitment targets.
- Participate in company training sessions and deliver information sessions at meetings or university visits as needed.
- Maintain communication with colleagues and inform the centre manager of application statuses or issues.
- Undertake other relevant tasks as requested by the centre manager or the company.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
- University degree in any discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Responsible, mature, organized, and honest.
- Dependable team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Initiative to develop and improve services.
- Must have permission to work in the UK by the start of employment.
