Key Tasks

  • Short Video Content Planning & Production (Lead-Driven Content)
Create compelling short videos around UK study abroad topics such as visas, application processes, and student life—content that is both engaging and conversion-oriented. Continuously improve content structure, captions, visual style, and pacing to increase click‑through and conversion rates. Possess strong market sensitivity to anticipate trends and adapt content strategies flexibly.
  • Cross‑department Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with marketing and admissions teams to integrate video content into inquiry and enrollment processes, creating a closed‑loop from content to conversion. Communicate ideas, progress, and data insights clearly and effectively.
  • Asset Management & Workflow Efficiency
Manage a structured video asset library to ensure reusable materials and fast turnaround. Participate in content scheduling to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality videos.
  • Additional Tasks
Support other operational, content, or project‑related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager (Marketing and Channel Development Manager), adapting to shifting priorities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, Broadcasting and hosting‑related majors are preferred.

  • Proficient in video shooting and editing software (Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
  • Able to analyze data to optimize content for lead generation and conversion.
  • Highly creative, skilled at presenting complex study‑abroad information in an engaging and consult‑driven manner.
  • Results‑oriented with strong execution ability; delivers high‑quality content on schedule and drives projects forward.
  • Keen market insight; stays updated on industry trends and proposes forward‑looking content strategies.
  • Adaptable to market changes and trending topics, able to adjust content plans to sustain lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
