Overall Purpose of the Job: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated teachers to deliver high-quality IELTS preparation courses, helping students improve their English proficiency and achieve their target scores.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality IELTS lessons (Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking) for individual students and small groups.
- Prepare lessons, mark assignments and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct student assessments, develop personalised learning plans and monitor academic progress.
- Provide ongoing academic support and respond to students’ questions.
- Develop and update IELTS teaching materials, courses and assessment resources.
- Support academic coordination, teaching quality assurance and the management of part-time teachers.
- Support student retention, course renewals and programme development.
Requirements
- Proven IELTS teaching experience and strong knowledge of IELTS examination requirements.
- Excellent communication, teaching and organisational skills.
- Experience in lesson planning, student assessment and curriculum development.
- CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL or relevant teaching qualifications preferred.
- Experience teaching international students is an advantage.
